Q: We are looking at relocating and are not students. Any suggestions on B&Bs (we want to meet the locals)? Any suggestions on day tours and with whom to book them? Any suggestions for a good experience of walking through or about Limerick to get to know the area? Please do not comment on how horrible/stab happy Limerick is-it looks safe to us and we want to experience this great city and its culture.
A: There is lot of B&B's on Ennis Road (5mins from City Center). The best for tours is Barrat That's perfect proposition for walking tours http://www.visitlimerick.com/actv34.asp There is also many signs as Lough Derg walking tours etc I'm living in Limerick for 4 years and I have to say : It's NOT a stab city... Have a nice stay
