Q: My uncle shipped my family a case of bbq sauce from this place we like down in north carolina up to us as a gift. It's hard to understand the sentimental value i know, but the packaged arrived with two bottles shattered, one missing, and bbq sauce over everything. The thing i can't believe is that there are napkins shoved in the side of the box as if to "clean" it up so they DID know about this. What can i do if anything?
