A: Usually for international flights, the maximum amount that you can bring is US$10,000. After that amount, you would have to declare it. But still, it is up to you to declare it. If you choose not to, and they do not detect it in those high tech machines that they have then its enough. For domestic flights within the US, I have not heard of any restriction. But I think it would be wise to follow the international restriction and not have more than US$10,000 on you when you travel.
