A: 10 reasons why puerto rico is better than barbados to permanently live, Schools(Education) (There are more opportunities on Puerto Rico than barbados) Jobs(much more opportunity in PR , there is alot more industry and alot more island to work on and in) Houses(living accommodation buy/rent) (PR is alot more affordable than Barbados, also easier to buy and rent as it is a US territory) Social life ( If you want quiet low key,,Barbados,,If you want a choice,,PR! weather (It's wonderful all year both places!) best place to live( hard to say not knowing what type of living you want) people (equally as nice, less crime in Barbados, but lot less island) language is it easier to get by on spanish or english (They speak english on both islands, but it is the second language on PR) Hope this helps
