Q: How are the Indian workers treated in the workplaces in Saudi Arabia. Is there any racial discrimination. My friend was saying me that he was treated very bad by his employers although he was in the middle level management job. Please advise and also advise the good travel destinations in and around Al- Khobar City?
A: lets face it.. if ur working in middle management than sure u wl face some racism.. although this country never had it before.. but now its changed.. but if ur on top management its hell lotta diff case.. i work as a clerk who one day hopes of being a manager.. thats gonna take years.. i dont find lot of issues around me cause my organization is an international one.. depends on ur work environment mainly.. if ur working for some uneducated guy u cud be in trouble.. on the other hand my friend didnt study his 10 and now he travels in latest bmw cause his sponsor is uneducated and nice,, not that he swindles the money but.. his boss is goood .. it comes all down to luck.. sorry cant help u.. i have seen ppl in pathetic conditions .. crying to leave and i have seen moderate yet ppl who live life awesomely. if u study abroad and come.. they wl polish ur shoes
