A: I also dont think they have a training program here in saudiarabia.. before (years ago) they used to partner with America and hire them for all their jobs.. Now they hire from anywhere, but usually its someone with skills and training abroad.. Most pilots etc train in USA or Europe.. and as for their flight attendants, they are mostly asian women. like indonesians.. maybe a smattering of western people.. you could write or email the empoyment office of Saudia airlines to find out more Human Resources Administration Saudi Arabian Airlines P.O.
