Q: My visa has been cancelled from dubai emirate and now I wanted to exit from another emirate eg:Rak. My passport is with my employer, they will give the passport at airport after getting stamped on cancellation paper and they said it is not possible that I can exit from another emirate, because they have to get the stamp on my cancellation paper and it is possible only from the same emirate. Could anyone help me in this regard? I've already booked my ticket in RAK Airways.
A: After cancellation of your visa you have 30 days time to vacate your appartment and can leave from any Emirate. It's not up to your employer to decide from where you leave. Your employer has to cancell your passport and return it back to you. Take care.
